How long does my order take to ship?

Shipping & Delivery

Thank you for supporting Caron McBride Arts. Each order is prepared and packaged with care from my home in Salmon Arm, British Columbia.

Processing Time
Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping. Because my products and artwork are offered on a small-batch basis, processing times may occasionally vary.

Forest Balm
Forest Balm jars are carefully wrapped and packaged to help protect them during shipping. Please note that natural balms can soften when exposed to warm temperatures. If your balm arrives softened, simply place it in a cool location and allow it to firm again.

Art Prints
Prints are carefully packaged to protect them from moisture, bending and damage during transit. Depending on the size and type of print, they may be shipped flat or securely rolled.

Shipping Within Canada
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order and destination. Tracking will be provided whenever the selected shipping service includes it.

Local Pickup
Local pickup in the Salmon Arm area may be available by arrangement.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and include photographs of the packaging and the damaged item. I will work with you to make it right.

Shipping only within Canada at this time.

What is your return policy? 

Returns & Final Sales

Because each order is carefully prepared and packaged for you, all completed orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For health and hygiene reasons, Forest Balm cannot be returned once an order has been fulfilled.

Art prints are also final sale. Please review your selected artwork, size and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me as soon as possible with photographs of the item and packaging. I will be happy to work with you to resolve the issue.
